Carol Nolan Skinner

MS Outlook: 

Carol is an attorney admitted to practice law in Minnesota, Wisconsin, the Federal District Courts - Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, and the Federal Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She received undergraduate and law degrees  at  Indiana University, where she became a member of Phi Beta Kappa . She attended the Universite' Haute-Bretagne in Rennes, France, and is fluent in French.  Carol is a former shareholder of  Bakke Norman in New Richmond, WI, and a former associate at Lawton and Cates in Madison, WI.  Her practice focuses on employment law, handling primarily employer matters.  Her practice also includes trademark law and mediation. Carol's personal interests include community causes, swimming, biking, and cooking.

Joel David Skinner, Jr. 

Outlook: 

Joel is an attorney admitted to practice law in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and the federal District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. He is also registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office  (USPTO). Joel received an undergraduate degree at  Indiana University and law degree at  Hamline University.  Joel is a former Assistant County Attorney for Outagamie County, Wisconsin.  His practice focuses on prosecution of US and international  patent  applications, counseling clients, and providing opinions regarding intellectual property.  His patent practice involves all technology areas including mechanical, electrical, chemical, software and biological inventions.  Joel's personal interests include skiing,  biking, and fishing.

Sarah Rykal

Sarah is a legal assistant.  She works in the areas of employment law, trademarks, copyrights and contract law.

Jo is a legal assistant. She works primarily in the areas of domestic and international patents.
