Carol Nolan Skinner

MS Outlook: 

Carol is an attorney admitted to practice law in Minnesota, Wisconsin, the Federal District Courts - Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, and the Federal Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She received undergraduate and law degrees  at  Indiana University, where she became a member of Phi Beta Kappa . She attended the Universite' Haute-Bretagne in Rennes, France.  Her practice focuses on employment law, trademark law and mediation.

Joel David Skinner, Jr. 

Outlook: 

Joel is an attorney admitted to practice law in Wisconsin, the Federal District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, and the Court of Appeals For The Federal Circuit. He is also registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office  (USPTO). Joel received an undergraduate degree at  Indiana University and law degree at  Hamline University.  His practice focuses on prosecution of US and international patents.
